Responsible for managing a territory of over 200 stores which involved meeting with store management, selling in additional programs and being accountable for sales results • Promoted 4 sales programs while in field, finishing among the top three in all programs, selling 1550 incremental cases of product and assisting with display execution.• Led a SCJ corporate blitz which involved organizing 83 sales employees to work in field for one day preparing stores for the holiday season by building displays and selling in additional Glade Holiday items. The blitz resulted in over $175,000 of incremental sales at store level which helped Glade move into the winning position within the category; growing share for the first time in 8 years, the only company to do so in 2010.

Project manager and team lead of four national Alexander Keith’s promotional programs reaching revenues of over $1.5 million (up from $1.2 in 2007)• An integral part of the planning and execution of Alexander Keith’s 214th Birthday celebration in Halifax, Nova Scotia which included managing a team of 25 brand ambassadors, entertainment and execution of an event for over 4000 attendees. • Successfully executed a three week event in Vermont for Blue Light USA that involved organizing 24 contest winners to an all-inclusive weekend of adventure at a private retreat. This included organizing travel, accommodation, meals and events to leave a lasting loyal brand impression on winners.• Created over 10 promotional program budgets for clients and was responsible for delivering programs under budget.
