Originally from Freeport Maine, I am a mum of two and managing director of a growing hospitality business in Burnham on Crouch, Essex UK.We started Creeksea Place Barns, a self catering resort on our farm, eight years ago. Since then we have grown our portfolio to include Parlour Cafe and Saltmarsh Spa and Fitness. We also run outdoor activities on site including Creeksea Disc Golf and Creeksea Football Golf, and work with a number of partners to offer team building activities including paddle boarding and blokarting. We have recently launched our most ambitious and creative project yet, The Clockwork Hotel- an immersive overnight experience for large groups!
