Senior Clinical Applications Specialist- Provide excellent customer service to a diverse customer base that includes 12 clients across four MEDITECH platform releases- Daily management and prioritization of service issues within ticketing systems- Assist with on-boarding new employees by assisting with customer calls and leading advanced application trainings- Produce new and enhance existing education and training materials with internal and external documentationOptimization Coordinator- Observe clinicians and end users working in the MEDITECH systems via screen sharing. Provide users instant feedback for quick wins and click reduction- Manage peers throughout the optimization process to ensure proper time management and best practices are communicated to clients- Lead optimization and performance site visits to identify customer concerns, coordinate discussions with end users and core teams- Analyze current system configuration and identify areas of optimization and improvement for customers- Deliver optimization findings in an organized and professional manner to executive level contactsSoftware Implementation Lead- Lead implementation from beginning of implementation through the post-live optimization phase- Lead client trainings on software fundamentals and apply building principles to best practice recommendations- Coordinate and contribute to discussions with various IT core team members to establish software standardizations- Effectively train IT staff on supporting the MEDITECH software system from within the organization.- Go-LIVE support for customers by organizing an issue priority list, provide suggestions for system improvements.- Assess end-user workflow, system usage, and provider feedback following the live date; while providing formal optimization suggestions and discuss future organizational goals
