Athlete nominated to represent our nation on Team USA for four years. Selected to the squad while in high school and trained full-time in residence during the Springs of 2014 and 2016. I have first-hand experience of the lifestyle of a professional athlete. Competing at the highest level of my country demanded teamwork, dedication, and patience in order to reach a common goal. I've competed against the top-ranked countries in the world, traveled to numerous countries gaining cross-cultural experience, and earned a Gold medal at the 2015 Pan American Games. Competing in a total of 51 caps (international games), I will forever be grateful for the experiences and opportunities I've had while playing with Team USA

University Of North Carolina At Chapel Hill

While a student-athlete on the UNC Field Hockey team, I balanced 40+ hours per week to practice, competition, strength and conditioning, video analysis, and travel while balancing a full academic course load in pursuit of a degree in Communications. UNC Field Hockey Accomplishments: -Competed in 4 final fours and 1 National Championship Game-2012 and 2016 ACC Champions

With college athletic eligibility expired, during my fifth year at UNC, I spent the Fall 2016 semester learning a new perspective of athletic leadership. As an Undergraduate Assistant Coach to the second-place NCAA team in the country, I coached technical and tactical field hockey skills to thirty-one student-athletes, helping to take the team all the way to the NCAA National Championship Title game. During this time, I also balanced coaching duties and team travel with a full course load.
