As an experienced quality engineer, and community leader, I have a passion for solving complex problems and creating positive change. I have a proven track record of project management, implementing effective quality control measures, streamlining processes, and reducing costs in the manufacturing industry. My work with diverse nonprofits has afforded me the opportunity to showcase my passion for connecting people, creative placemaking, collaboration and storytelling. In 2021, I was recognized as the Leadership Owensboro graduate of the year, honored for my strong communication skills and dedication to excellence. In 2023, I was honored by the Greater Owensboro Chamber of Commerce as one of the distinguished "40 Under 40" achievers. In 2023, I also was awarded the status of Kentucky Colonel based on my dedication and commitment to the Commonwealth. Through my education at Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate school, I have honed my strategic thinking, project management and leadership skills to drive business growth and foster innovation. I was the 2023 recipient for the Martin S. Geisel Award for Leadership in the Executive MBA program. I am a strong communicator with a variety of public speaking experiences.
