Also helping with any other requirements i.e. Client H&S portals, downloading information databases.Ensuring that all arrangements for Hotels, Trains, Congestion Charging and any other vehicle transport required is booked for each Project and the budget for these costs are met.Organising for Sub-Contractors to be on site and collecting the correct H&S information from them.Helping the Estimators keep a log of incoming Quotations and collating tender information and making sure that returns are by the deadline and most importantly sent back to the correct Client either via email or on a portal.Working with Estimating to produce PQQ and case study information as part of the tender return.Maintaining the companies accreditations and assisting in new applications. (i.e., CHAS, Constructionline, ISO).Work with external Auditors on ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 and assist in the compliance at Project level.Ensuring that Accidents and Near Misses and logged correctly and if required reported to the HSE.Submission of Company Insurance claims.Taking Meeting Minutes and Disciplinary Minutes.Carrying out DBS checks on employees working within School/Hospital/Care Home environments.Liaising with the Transport Manager and making sure that the company vehicles are serviced, taxed and MOT.Controlling Office Stationery and PPE Supplies, ordering new stock when required.Answering the Reception telephone, liaising Clients and Customers and transferring phone calls.I am the main contact for the external IT company, I set up new laptops/emails and assist with any general IT issues in the company.I have worked briefly within the Accounts as Accounts Assistant, where I gained knowledge of arranging payment and helping with general accounts for the business. My main duty whilst working at Keelham Farm Shop was making sure that the Customers enjoyed their experience whilst shopping.Other duties that I carried out whilst working at this busy shop was working on the tills, filling up shelves with produce, answering customer queries when they required help.Working as a team was very important in this role to make sure that shop was run smoothly through the day.
