Portfolio/Program Management:• Lead APAC PMs to adopt IT PMO methodology to provide professional project management services for APAC team.• Provide trainings to assigned PMs from other team and project team member to ensure successful delivery as measured by timeliness, budget performance, quality, and customer satisfactionProject Management:• Work with plant IT team, SME, BRM, Infra, security team to understand business requirements, gather IT demands and support IT owners to convert IDEA into project, execute the project flawlessly. • Responsible for cross project and multidiscipline collaboration to ensure optimal use of Adient resources and minimization of non-optimal work streams.• Ensure project teams are structured for success and have appropriate levels of management governance and involvement• Coordinate and ensure the use of IT tools and delivery methodologies including CA PPM, Glidepath/project plans, status reporting, and multiple project management in required high quality.

-Drive process improvement for Dalian SSC center (Focus on order management to cash, PTP, RTR process, T&E, Treasury, Logistic and Procurement) -Analyzes business process , and identifies RPA/Automation opportunities-Lean/6 sigma implementation-Take transition lead for new process or project transition to China Center.
