Manage key deliverables to support the global people agenda, and I drive several Global Human Capital projects, primarily focusing on People and Culture.

Sitting with in the Purpose Team, my role was split across three main areas, The Environmental Programme, The Social Value Fund and The Social Entrepreneurs Club.1. As the leader of the Environmental Volunteering Programme within the firm, I guided and oversaw the initiative while incorporating knowledge about crucial environmental issues and promoting the adoption of sustainable behaviours. My largest accomplishment was single handedly overseeing 2,000 staff members volunteering for PwC's volunteering day in May. 2. Promoted and managed the Social Value Fund. The Social Value Fund was launched by the Executive Board in September '22 to ensure client-facing teams are providing more Social Value across everything they do.3. PwC Social Entrepreneurs Club. I project managed the 3 week Summer Interns Purpose Challenge for 400 interns. Programme managed the Black Social Entrepreneurship Programmes in collaboration with The School for Social Entrepreneurs; and led the annual Impact in Social Enterprise Building Public Trust Award.

Seconded into the PwC Deals team as Project Manager supporting the delivery of the Deals People Strategy:- Leading on the planning, communication, and implementation of health and wellbeing campaigns across Deals.- Leading, embedding, and sustaining the ‘Working Well in Deals’ Inclusion programme.- Supporting the delivery of the Deals inclusion five-point plan.

Led on managing all aspects of the PwC Foundation, a charity that in 2020 contributed £6.2 million. Work included implementing a variety of staff engagement initiatives across the firm and liaising with the charities benefiting from the donations.• Maintained and oversaw the implementation of the PwC Foundation strategy, this included maintaining planned activities, developing new ones and managing the communications plan;• Periodic reporting to the Board of Trustees; Trustees included the chairman of PwC; • Managed quarterly meetings of the PwC Foundation Steering group, which provided feedback and input on upcoming PwC Foundation activities and valuable feedback to the Trustees; • Developed and promoted fundraising campaigns to the entire staff population of 25,000 people, working collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders; • Set up and managed the grant scheme for the ColourBrave Charity initiative; • Raised awareness of the Foundation, which included a yearly live virtual event to 3,000 new employees; • Delivered the day-to-day running of the PwC Foundation ensuring targets are set, achieved and recorded; • Point of contact for all partner charities and ensured compliance was maintained; • Advertised and resourced charity volunteering opportunities across the firm; • Oversaw the Foundation budget and liaised with One Finance Executive, to ensure timely donations of employee fundraising and corresponding firm matching. Liaised at year-end to ensure timely preparation of annual accounts and supported with the audit process if required; • Supported the ‘One Firm One Day’ lead. A firmwide initiative to get all staff to collectively volunteer on the same day, providing multiple impact to charities and social enterprises, as well as supporting staff engagement and wellbeing.

Development, project management, implementation and delivery of our Social Mobility community programme working with school students, disadvantaged undergraduates and socially excluded groups, such as refugees. The role may also include responsibilities within the wider Social Mobility strategy from time to time (Social Mobility Inclusion and Advocacy). Whilst the role sits within the Inclusion, Community and Wellbeing (ICW) team, the individual will work very closely with the Student Recruitment Campus and Schools Engagement teams.

Managed end-to-end recruitment for three different programmes as part of the Undergraduate Programmes team to attract and cultivate circa 600 non-finalist university students on campus to join Teach First undergraduate programmes. Work included pipeline management, supporting the diversity strategy, managing assessment centres, delivering training and workshops, reporting on progress and implementing interventions where required.

This role had an extremely broad remit during the pre-opening year of a 16-19 Free School in East London. I led on the financial systems and processes for the organisation, the recruitment and admission of all students and the marketing of the school throughout the year; Working within the processes implemented by the Department of Education. I have been involved with all operational aspects of running the business side of the school. I have had to quickly adapt to the various needs of the organisation and learn how to prioritise competing work streams during what has been a very busy time.

- Graduate hydrologist responsible for undertaking fluvial, coastal, flood defences and flood forecasting projects. Tasks include preparation of QGIS data, constructing hydraulic models, analysis, and preliminary report writing. Personal Project includes a three month contract with the Environment Agency. Trained in a three day 1D-2D modelling programme by ISIS & TUFLOW experienced engineers.
