Senior Manager Digital Site Merchandising, E-Commerce

As a senior manager on the digital site merchandising team, I drove sell-out of adidas footwear, apparel and accessories by optimizing product findability on-site and delivering a premium brand experience. I had a heavy focus on data-driven sorting, linking, search, metadata and navigation strategies in relation to product launches. Senior Manager Marketing, Adidas Originals

Herzogenaurach, Bavaria, De

As a senior manager on the adidas Originals comms team, I was responsible for bringing projects and campaigns to life to connect our brand to ever-changing culture. With a focus on retail, I worked with our DTC, wholesale and ecom partners to develop differentiated content and in-store strategies to ladder up to broader brand campaigns. This included campaigns like Ivy Park (Beyonce), Superstar, Nite Jogger, Home of Classics and Falcon.Outside of retail, I worked on the launch of a new iteration of adidas Sound Labs, a music and arts incubator designed to empower the next generation of creators. This program will live in LA and welcome 48 students each semester to learn all about music, design, photography, videography and storytelling through the lens of the music industry. A full curriculum, teaching staff and dedicated space will be provided as free resources to the students enrolled.During this role I also received a nomination at the adidas Creator's Choice Awards for my work redesigning adidas' apparel hangtag packaging. This hangtag redesign affects all 120 million+ apparel items annually, across both Performance and Originals and in all DTC and wholesale accounts. The addition of gender, category, product type, Spanish and longform color does the following: - Help our store staff place items correctly on the pad (currently 30-40% is being misplaced due to lack of info on these tags)- Give our fields agents 680 collective hours a month back to focus on more important things like visual excellence and consumer engagement- Speak to the Hispanic consumer, the fastest growing demographic in the US with $1.7 Trillion in buying power- Best of all, guide our consumers try on and purchase the pieces they are looking for without any guesswork

Project Manager - Brand Packaging

Minneapolis, Mn, Us

As a brand packaging expert, I supported various departments within the Home division and ensured that all pieces of the packaging puzzle came together to create a seamless brand experience for the guest on-shelf. Process Improvements: Developed and trained out a more efficient process for creating packaging that improved speed to market by 9 weeks, saves vendors over $1 million annually and eliminates thousands of hours of busy work for cross-functional partners.
