I gather information on customers’ situations and providing appropriate support according to their needs.I am able to be flexible, I have been cross-trained to collect and serve customers for another Vanquis product during their busy periods. I demonstrate excellent listening skills, I mark agents’ calls and give constructive feedback to them.
