Senior Director Of Human Resources
CurrentAs the Senior Director of Human Resources at First Business Bank, I provide leadership and guidance over talent acquisition, talent operations (which includes payroll and HR analytics), and overall HR administration. Within talent acquisition, I am a player-coach -- responsible for the recruiting team, as well as for talent acquisition planning and strategy - developing and managing how we identify, attract, assess, and hire top talent to efficiently and effectively meet the dynamic business needs of our organization. This includes managing the full life-cycle recruitment process (internship to C-Level). In my role, I am also helping to lead Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy and initiatives for the company as well as strategic workforce planning across the organization. I also provide HR generalist support including providing interpretation, advice, and counsel to managers, supervisors, and employees regarding HR policies and procedures, payroll and benefits, talent acquisition, compensation, training, employee relations, and corporate initiatives. My career with First Business has been progressive, starting as an Associate member of the HR team to now leading the entire Recruiting function and serving as a senior leader within our HR team, as well as a trusted and strategic partner of our senior management group.I am a proud community advocate, specifically involved with the United Way of Dane County. I serve as our Employee Campaign Manager, managing our corporate and employee giving campaign. In particular, I am a strong ambassador for getting young professionals involved in the community and giving back by promoting the United Way Lead United affinity group.
