As a member of the sports staff at WWVU-FM, I served many responsibilities. In the fall of 2013 I started as the board operator for the Touchdown City Tailgate, a weekly pregame show that covers all things WVU Football. I also began as the assistant hockey producer, so I was a part of every game broadcast, either at the rink doing commentary for the game, or in the station running the board to get the game on air or doing the pregame and intermission reports. In January of 2014 I began as the Director of Rookie Operations and I am responsible for training all new members of the sports staff. In August 2014, I became the Assistant Sports Director as well as the Hockey Producer, so I took on a larger role in general operations of the sports staff and am fully in charge of putting together all hockey game broadcasts.

As an executive producer for WVU News, I put together biweekly newscasts by helping decide what stories make show, in what order, and then writing a script for the show taping. On taping days, I help to direct the newscast by giving our anchors advice and feedback throughout the show and making sure everything is running according to schedule. Throughout production I assist reporters in coming up with story ideas, shooting video, and writing scripts. I also perform various other responsibilities as needed.
