I am part of the Events Team at Kumon, where I play an integral role to our operations.I am responsible for all aspects of our internal and external events communication, including but not limited to creation of promotion timelines, content creation, email build through our system, and all interaction with our franchisees, associates and customers.I build our registration websites from start to finish, utilizing programs like the Adobe Creative Suite for designing the sites, and my knowledge of HTML and CSS for the back end build. I create and edit all of the content for our websites. I frequently devise new ideas and plans for improving our communication and processes.
