Responsible for conducting ethnographic research, competitive audits, designing & developing holistic solutions, as well as managing clients, team members, budgets and schedules. Designer II, August 2013—August 2014Supported multidisciplinary teams to design and develop holistic service design experiences - the future of call centers, future of remote care, improving B2B technical customer service, and bringing digital and physical experiences to life in retail. Responsible for conducting ethnographic research, competitive audits, and researching industry trends as well as designing, developing, fabricating and testing experiential prototypes. Designer I, March 2010—August 2013Worked on multidisciplinary teams to design and develop holistic service design experiences - deli experiences, food and beverage packaging, display installations, hospital furniture solutions new restaurant concepts and retail banks. Co-led the team’s internship program and managed interns throughout the year. Intern & Contractor, June 2009—March 2010Supported multidisciplinary project teams on designing new home storage solutions, retail environments, and the deli of the future.
