Administrative Manager
CurrentResponsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the company runs smoothly. The Administrative Manager commonly works with a wide range of other employees, from the sales team, shipping team, and executive suite, to coordinate and facilitate communication between these different groups so that everyone is aligned when it comes to meeting goals and deadlines. The Administrative Manager is tasked with overseeing the physical aspects of their company's operations, such as managing inventory and facility processes.Responsibilities include:Reporting to COO and VP with recommendations and directivesCoordinating with other departments within an organization to ensure that projects are completed on timeDeveloping, documenting, and implementing operational policies and proceduresMonitoring operational performance to identify areas for improvement or adjustments in staff levels or training requirementsProviding leadership in the event of an emergency situation or disaster recovery operationMaintaining records of customer accounts, orders, billing terms and enrich the company's effectiveness of how it handles accountsManaging human resources, including hiring employees and developing their skills through training programsCoordinating with vendors to ensure that materials are delivered on time and in good condition for use in productionOversight of inventory management and maintenance of an organizational supply chainImplementing operational efficiencies
