Responsible for fostering inclusive alumni engagement by nurturing key relationships with leaders of various affinity groups. I guide senior volunteer leaders in building strong teams and offer strategic advice on diverse issues, including programming, recruitment, governance, financial planning, and communication strategies.Drive strategic initiatives to enhance alumni engagement, focusing on proactive service and responsiveness to community needs. I oversee the planning and execution of large-scale affinity conferences, partnering with colleagues to manage budgets, marketing, and content. Collaborate with affinity group leaders to develop comprehensive pre and post-conference engagement plans, track programming metrics for long-term planning, and assess the effectiveness of alumni outreach programs. Work closely with colleagues to strengthen affinity group presence within regional associations and foster engagement synergies across various university departments and partners.

Collaborate with and support the alumni affinity groups including Association of Black Princeton Alumni (ABPA), the Association of Latino Princeton Alumni (ALPA), the Asian American Alumni Association of Princeton (A4P), the Fund for Reunions/Princeton Bisexual, Transgender, Gay, Lesbian Alumni (FFR/BTGALA), Native Alumni of Princeton (NAP), the Princeton Women’s Network (PWN), and the Princeton Veterans Alumni Association (PVETS).Partner with volunteer leaders on affinity group development and operations, including: programming, volunteer recruitment and retention, leadership pipeline development, alumni engagement, governance issues and best practices, financial planning and reporting, University polices, legal compliance, communication strategies and cross-community collaboration. Support planning and implementation of affinity-based conferences, including support of volunteer steering committees, content development, speaker recruitment, and pre- and post-conference alumni engagement planning.Work in partnership with stakeholders in Advancement and across campus to identify and foster alumni engagement synergies.

Supervise and execute Reunion Homecoming for the 5th and 10th Reunion: approximately 1,800alumni and guests over four days.Oversee volunteer leadership teams of 25-30 for each Class Reunion. Includes recruiting and trainingvolunteers, hosting monthly conference calls, setting timelines and deadlines, and overseeingcommunication plans.Advise the Stanford Senior Class Presidents on all Senior and Commencement programming.Oversee the execution of the Stanford Senior Awards: a 6-month long process culminating in the recognition of 130 graduating seniors. Plan and execute a series of Senior programming including a Life Skills series, Senior Week, and Commencement events.

Advise First-, Second-, and Third-Year Class Councils and Council leadership. Each Council has 50-60 members, representing classes of approximately 3,000 each.Serve as advisor for Homecomings Board: a week-long series of events to celebrate Fall Homecomings.Function as 'go-to', trusted adviser for students facing a crisis, a transition, learning difficulties, or other adjustments to campus life.Serve as project manager on a range of projects and events, and ensure objectives are reached on-time, on-budget – from seminars to events with more than 4,000 attendees.Created a mentorship program to increase first-year development / enhance student experience.Strengthened cross-campus partnerships with University Career Services, Student Activities, the LGBTQ Center, Housing and Residential Life, Office of the Dean of Students, and other offices.

Advised the Order of Omega – A Greek leadership honor society.Developed membership programming to improve grade point averages, diversity, and outreach.Refocused programming of Greek life to encompass more service and community activities.Oversaw facilitation of Greek Weekend, which customarily attracted 750 students.Supported student-led recruitment process with more than 1,000 potential new members and 16 chapters to improve the experience of new members.

Taught 7th-grade in England to children of personnel working for the U.S. Department of Defense.

Assisted in event coordination through RSVP tracking; assessing meeting venues and working with venue representatives; overseeing budgets; offering creative input.Worked with scholarship donors and the Alumni Association to increase donations and retention.Developed publications, managed scheduling, and assisted in other administrative tasks.
