I led the Post Order Customer Communications team, managing Wayfair's post order transactional and marketing Push, Email, and SMS portfolios. In addition to articulating and project-managing the three-year plan to bring post order communications to - and above - competitor parity, I also am developing the vision and 2-3 year strategy for engaging high value frequent shoppers to build increased loyalty.Previously, as the Associate Marketing Director of Wayfair NA Print, I launched new print formats (circulars, annual Sourcebook), extended existing formats (category-specific catalogs), and refined the strategy for well-established programs like Retargeting and Solo Mail. I significantly improved measurement and attribution of this channel through regular and long-term incrementality tests and model refinement with Data Science.

I managed a portfolio of five new or developing Print Marketing programs, including Wayfair.ca, Specialty Retail Brands, and Direct Mail Retargeting. As part of this work, I conceptualized and launched a nascent direct mail Retargeting program from test phase to automated, operationalized program within one year, overseeing cross-functional work from Ad Tech, engineering, creative, business intelligence, data science, and external vendors. In addition, I Improved two Specialty Retail Brand and Wayfair Canada direct mail programs’ revenue to consistently meet ROI targets, and recommended a pause on the remaining program due to softer performance.To support this work, I championed several automation endeavors, including streamlining data transfer between external partners, performance reporting and dashboarding, and cost management.

As part of my support, I've estimated market shares and market size, calculated damages, assessed liability, and modeled consumer preference trends, using a combination of client and public data in SAS, Stata, and Excel. I have analyzed depositions as part of a large-scale safety culture review in a particularly high-risk industry, have forecasted future healthcare demands to provide evidence against a proposed merger in the healthcare industry, and synthesized years of survey data to understand consumer preferences over time. I am involved in all aspects of expert support, from expert searches for upcoming casework, to expert support while in trial.
