Position Overview:* As a trusted advisor to the CEO and ELT, responsible for strategic leadership of Global People Success Team (US, UK and India) in support of Symphony Talent's vision, company goals and in alignment with core values, culture, employer brand and DEI Mission - #daretobehuman. * Execute global and regional people success and employee communication strategies with a focus on organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, rewards/recognitions and wellbeing. *Monitor, analyze and present key HR metrics (analytics) to ELT; utilize data insights to drive business and program strategy decisions. * Culture Champion! Partner with leaders and employees to foster a positive and inclusive culture; influence and drive transformation as it relates to operational efficiencies, people capabilities and culture change.

Responsibilities included: * Reporting to SVP, People Success, served as a strategic consultant to leadership team on people success (HR) related issues, including employee relations and communications, change management, performance management and policy interpretation. * Partnered closely with all employee levels to build relationships; provided coaching and counseling to employees in areas such as management development, conflict resolution and career development * Planned, organized and managed all activities of the People Success department. Participated in developing department goals, objectives and systems. * Designed and conducted company-wide new hire orientation, benefit & training related webinars and self-led learning paths. Prepared employee communications and presentations.
