Communications Manager
CurrentSpring Point Partners is a social impact organization that invests in the transformational leaders, networks and solutions that power community change and advance justice.* First-ever strategic communications and marketing lead for social justice-focused grantmaker and impact investor with 200+ national partners * Implemented new brand identity for formerly-anonymous funder by spearheading ground-up launch of digital marketing and creative function * Serve as primary brand manager, content creator, graphic designer, social media manager, copywriter for digital platforms * Own and oversee all external communications channels, including websites, email marketing, social media, and collateral, strategizing in collaboration with all departments to ensure they reflect and advance organizational values including humility and equity * Learn and incorporate best practices for DEI, storytelling, narrative change, and framing for social change * Facilitate internal communications by building company’s first intranet; conducting communications onboarding and training; collaborating on strategic priorities including culture, DEI, and people; producing comprehensive internal reports and presentations for trustees and staff; and fielding external inquiries * Contribute to technology modernization by adopting digital marketing tools and serving as part of core team building and implementing new CRM * Support family office needs through writing, crisis planning, and reputation monitoring
