I love connecting and collaborating to create purposeful partnerships between individuals and organizations. You’ll often find me deep in conversation at my favorite coffeeshop, strategizing over zoom with a project vendor, or networking with colleagues at an industry event. Throughout my career, I’ve been in my element planning innovative events that bring people together, narrating grant applications and reports that engage funders with direct service providers, and managing business development that builds mutually beneficial relationships. When I’m not tapping into my inner social butterfly, I enjoy building strategy, creating content and executing campaigns. There’s no better feeling than getting into a groove while bringing a winning idea to life or hitting a critical milestone as a team! Whether it’s an “aha!” moment during competitive research or putting the finishing touches on a strategic plan, I’m driven by finding creative solutions and using my knowledge, skills and experience to achieve a goal.From website refreshes to full rebrands, social media content to omni-channel digital media strategy, PR campaigns to capital campaigns, gallery openings to galas, and local RFPs to international pitches, I’ve accomplished an incredibly diverse range of professional experiences. As a Kansas City native and proud Jayhawk, I’m grateful for the opportunities this city has given me and can’t imagine calling anywhere else home!My family is and always will be my top priority. I am delighted to volunteer on the school PTA and this year serve as co-chair for Trunk or Treat and Staff Appreciation. My personal passions include reading, hiking, exploring museums (meet me at the Nelson!), watching TV with friends + the perfect snack, and dreaming about future travel.
