Support the events team in the recruitment strategy and execution through campus tour and ambassador program management and serve as the main point of contact for campus tours.Assist with creating a structure and implementation plan for student, faculty, staff and alumni ambassador programs as well as manage and evaluate the success of these programs. Develop rapport with other departments in the university to develop and implement initiatives, including but not limited to Academics, Development and Alumni Engagement, University Events, Athletics and other administrative departments.Provide insight and continuous evaluation to help develop the campus experience within tours, information sessions, group visits, visit days and all other admissions and division related events.Manage 25+ students (mainly tour guides and ambassadors) through hiring, scheduling, coordinating, training, approving hours and effectively communicating and providing updates through various means of communication including, email, texts or Teams.

Support college's student retention initiatives in an effort to create a quality academic experience, as well as achieve and maintain enrollment goals. Advise and evaluate prospective and current students in relation to their current academic progress, to determine successful completion of degree requirements in a particular field of study. Plan, develop, and execute student services initiatives including, but not limited to, collegiate marketing materials, registration and commencement.Oversee the completion of the SOAR Mentorship Program by meeting with academically at-risk students weekly and providing specific resources to target problem areas. Create reports detailing student trends and records consistent with the University's strategic plans. Actively participates in the analysis process, to improve and maintain the operational effectiveness of the university.

Coordinate support services, and assist in the observation of academic progress in adherence to the rules and regulations that govern the University, America East Conference and NCAA. Connect high-risk student-athletes with University resources in an effort to create solutions, and handle highly sensitive information with confidentiality and tact.Assist in the development and implementation of educational workshops designed to meet the needs of student-athletes.

Represent the University as a positive academic and social leader for residents, while ensuring that all residents are safe and feel welcomed in their respective residential areas.Provide residents with various types of support when needed/appropriate and utilize University resources around campus to encourage and aid them in their academic careers and social lives.Implement University policies and regulate student conduct by being able to recognize inappropriate behaviors or actions and being able to handle each situation on a case by case basis.Create interactive residential programs to help engage residents in their respectable residential buildings, and work with thirteen other Resident Assistants on these programs to produce a positive and beneficial campus environment.

Introduce the incoming first-year class, and their families, to the campus and student life.Foster personal relationships with students and families to promote positive University experiences. Facilitate group activities among students and families to create and encourage community bonds through engaging events, activities, and presentations.Collaborate with university administration to ensure the proper up-to-date information and resources are being promoted and used.

Manage the student center in Hillyer College by opening and closing it at the appropriate hours of operation.Identify student needs and adapt to their styles of learning, reviewing, and preparation, by tutoring them in specific subjects that they are having trouble in.Assist students with their homework, by explaining terminology, reframing material, and identifying student struggles. Regulate conduct in the study center by being able to recognize inappropriate behaviors, whether they are coming from other staff members or students, and handle each situation on a case by case basis. Repair the printer/computers in the room when they are experiencing technical difficulties.

Ensure residents are safe and feel welcomed in their residential areas.Assist residents with emotional and physical support when needed and utilizing resources around campus to help residents do so accordingly.Implemente residential policies and regulate student conduct by being able to recognize inappropriate behaviors or actions and being able to handle each situation on a case by case basis. Create interactive residential programs to engage residents in their respective residential buildings.

Volunteered at Ability Beyond by doing arts and crafts with the residents in the group home.
