- Maintained high standards in maths education to students at Key Stage 4 across the department - this was reflected in Ofsted deep dive inspection, which noted the department as a centre of excellence.- Developed strong organisation skills in terms of managing a variety of tasks efficiently, including stepping in to support the Head of Maths when required. - Line managed teachers within the department, this include setting targets, providing support and reviewing previous years progress. - Mentored trainee and newly qualified teachers with both successfully completing their relevant training years - Led on implementation of new curriculum and exam courses into Key Stage 4. This has led to a more inclusive curriculum in line with Ofsted suggestions. - Monitored and analysed data in order to identify groups that required additional intervention. This has led to the school's highest GCSE pass rates in maths. - Scheduled and coordinated events throughout year (including interventions, walking talking mock, GCSE breakfasts)

- Gained leadership experience and coaching through successful completion of the in-school Middle Leadership Course. - Planned and delivered lessons to all secondary age groups and abilities to the highest level receiving regular feedback as an outstanding teacher. - Willing to challenge and continuously grow by taking on A Level with 43% of class gaining A grades summer 2024.

- Managed stakeholder expectations and communications in line with career strategy - Produced the initial career strategy report which required strong written skills - this fell in line with Government advice on meeting Gatsby Benchmarks - Collaborated with external groups (in particular, Southern University Network) to bring effective career provision into the school (mock interview day) and to get targeted students out to University events.

- Showed resilience by completing the Teach First programme - this is a programme that places outstanding graduates in disadvantaged areas in key subjects. - Displayed excellent verbal communication skills both in interactions with students, colleagues and parents. - Adapted well to the demands of a high pressure environment with extensive challenges of studying for my PGCE and Masters alongside full time teaching in a tough school.

- Contacting crew – joining dates, renewing visas/courses etc- Updating systems – reviews, crew profiles – and data entry- Writing and processing of Sea Staff Personnel correspondence (letters and emails)- Assisting on employee recruitment and interviews – providing information on the company and screening CVs.- Administrative duties, including preparation of monthly invoices- Telephone and email communication with various nationalities.
