Together with some truly amazing colleagues, we've raised over $24 million combined for social impact causes, particularly art, literature, education, and equity, leveraging goal-focused networks of up to 200 people. I've taught from early childhood to the college level, and developed and ran award winning programs that were local, state, national, and international in scope, consistently engaging up to 140,000 people a year. Seeing communication as central to success, I work collaboratively, passionately, and mindfully to achieve measurable and meaningful results. Positive big pictures motivate my efforts, but I'm also practical and hard-working, problem solving and persuasive, inspirational and strategic, with a solid track record of collaborative leadership, successful fundraising, and social innovation designed to improve the lives of diverse people.My deepest commitment is to openly sharing diverse stories and dynamic, co-created knowledge. I particularly enjoy helping others better appreciate and manage impermanence in the workplace, by balancing tensions and attentions between belief and doubt, repetition and interruption, thought and action, seeing and labeling, tradition and innovation.
