- Design, write, and edit marketing materials (PowerPoint presentations, blog posts, articles, op-eds, product, brochures, swag, etc.) that effectively attract and engage all target audiences.- Create content using a variety of technology platforms and tools. - Maintain and update website content to ensure the information is accurate and up-do-date, well organized, and easily accessed by existing and potential customers. - Maintain branding guidelines to ensure that they are adhered to, effective, and aligned. - Compile and assess success metrics of communication campaigns.- Work with Marketing and Sales teams to organize and coordinate presence at conferences and external events. Manage vendors to prepare for marketing events. Prepare promotional materials to showcase the organization.- Serve as a liaison across internal departments to ensure staff and stakeholders are aware of major news and initiatives across the organization.- Contribute to overall look of all collateral and publications, including but not limited to case studies and reports, appeals, newsletters, and other internal and external facing materials.

- Develop, implement, and provide reporting for web, email, and social media campaigns; create digital and social media advertising. Identify opportunities for increasing brand visibility. On-site, live social media as needed.- Provide advertising, public relations and marketing support for special community outreachprojects and education programs.- Produce and maintain all media including video, graphics, data-bites, and constituent stories for use in various digital content.- Design all marketing materials with branding compliance including brochures, bookmarks, t-shirts, conference signage, etc.- Write and distribute press materials such as media releases, advisories, and op-eds to promote agency advancements.
