Product Lead of the Consumer App, Growth, P2P, and Shared Services (Payments, Disputes) teams at Venmo. 12+ membered team is responsible for Venmo's top KPIs and core experiences.Investing in the core so Venmo stays the thing we all love, and crafting the next version of what you actually want out of a social payments app.

Chief of Staff to Venmo's GM, and member of Venmo's Leadership Team. Responsible for driving side-projects and filling gaps on the Product and Ops side of the business, while also helping with Leadership activities (running and building content for full-team All Hands, helping with fiscal budget, drafting key communications, among other tasks).

In this role, I took over the Braintree's Operations Project Management (OpsPM) team and continued to report directly to Braintree's COO. I managed a team of 6 OpsPMs who each had their own portfolio of 10-15 projects. All of these projects directly impacted our merchants and inserted someone on the team at every stage of the product development cycle. In this role, it was my responsibility to be the payments and merchant experience expert, inserting knowledge about onboarding, transaction processing, reconciliation, and disputes management into our products. At the time, I also had my own projects and took on some of our most sophisticated endeavors, including launching a new Australian payments platform, building a split-payment product solution, and implementing new Ops tooling (Zendesk, Five9).

While I was in this role, Braintree's Operations Project Management (OpsPM) team was at the core of all product and operational development. While on this team, I managed 15+ projects at once, ensuring we were thinking about our merchants from start to finish. This included having a robust understanding of Braintree's systems and products, payment processing, and operational processes/teams so as to best advise and assist various execution teams at Braintree. I worked closely with Product Managers, Operational Leads, and Braintree's leadership team. At the time, this role reported directly to our COO.
