I work in conjunction with management to create schedules, manage a partnership with BMW, facilitate staff meetings and conducting interviews for potential new associates. In addition to the above leadership duties, I assist with checking guests both in and out of the hotel, booking spa appointments, golf tee times, dinner reservations and resort activities.
