Room Division Manager
CurrentOversee Front Desk, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Facilities and Call CenterComplete all hiring, firing and training for the Front Desk and Call Center in the absence of a department head. Manage P&L for entire rooms division including assisting in creating a yearly budget for each department.Assist managers in housekeeping and guest services to ensure their departments are running to the best of their abilities.Act as a member of the senior leadership committee and help implement new ways to wow our guests.
