 Coordinated and managed the content development process for on-boarding videos aimed at reducing employee-turnover and decreasing management training time. Created over 20 training guides for Worthington Industries SAP SuccessFactors including, “How to initiate on-boarding” and “How to assign learning programs.” Assisted in the management of the digital asset libraries, establishing file naming conventions and corresponding databases for easy recall of media assets. Responsible for creating training documents and system testing for the October Onboarding go-live. Worked cross-divisionally with internal clients as a project assistant to test system configuration and implement SAP SuccessFactors on-boarding training and learning tools across business units, facilities and functional areas.

 Lead the strategy, design, and production for a video montage of trailer manufacturing that was presented to an audience of over 100,000 at the Mid-America Trucking Show.  Planned and executed LinkedIn and Facebook contests and promotions. Collaborated with both the sales and human resources departments to funnel leads and ensure proper follow up. Created a corporate Instagram account. Optimized the use of Instagram Insights to monitor trends and analyze data including the reach and impressions based on the targeted demographics. Grew followers from 0 to 2,000 during internship.
