- Maintained portfolio of major donors, while managing and training 4 development staff, and carrying out development strategy during program challenging direction change and transition in the field. - Selected by leadership and board of directors to lead development office while organization searched for permanent leader.

- Served in a leadership role on development team as Agros’ most productive major gifts manager.- Managed and grew a portfolio of Agros’ key major donors and stakeholders.- Raised $500k per year (approximately 20% of annual budget).- Planned and executed 2 in-country “Vision Trips” per year to Central America for pre-qualified prospective major donors and giving groups.- Personally advised Agros Board of Directors on individual giving and network strategies.- Gave 30-40 Agros presentations per year to groups of 10-60 people in homes, rotary clubs, churches, civic groups, businesses, foundations, and board meetings. - Participated regularly in hiring committees and selection of new staff in all departments.- Worked closely with the International Board of Directors & Resource Development Staff to plan and execute acquisition and retention strategies.

- Moved from annual fund donors to major gifts within first year.- Created and managed Agros’ first annual fundraising dinner, “Tierras de Vida”, exceeding funds larger than any event to date at that time. - Raised $200,000 per year from individual donor portfolio.

- Sold media for 4 Fisher radio stations, (Star 101.5, KOMO, KVI, KING FM)- Exceeded financial targets within 6 months of hire, as well as every subsequent year.Generated revenue for stations and met monthly goals through effective outside sales to direct and agency advertising clients.- Created and presented integrated advertising strategies to local businesses incorporating radio, online and digital mediums.- Specialized in non-traditional partnerships creating cause-marketing programs for NGOs and corporations.
