In this role I worked to ensure fair representation for all students at Birmingham City University. I trained and supported School Reps and Student Academic Leaders and worked to ensure changes were implemented that positively enhance the student experience.

As a volunteer researcher for the Head of Cultural and Creative Economy at Birmingham City Council I independently researched training and skills opportunities for the development of the creative industries in Birmingham.

As JobBook Manager at BCU I was required to work independently with high levels of organisation to update content and liaise with potential media placement companies. Through this role I additionally developed the skills and confidence to coherently present to large groups of people.
