As a project manager with over seven years of experience, I have led and delivered complex projects across multiple business units and geographies in the financial services industry. My most recent role was at Barings, a global investment management firm, where I managed projects ranging from IT infrastructure and business transformation to compliance and regulatory initiatives.I have developed and applied core competencies in process improvement, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and communication. I have ensured the projects are completed on time, on budget, and within scope, while meeting the quality standards and expectations of the clients and the firm.
