Public servant. Lifelong learner and multi-hyphenate. Rooted in community, process, and sustainability.--While I joke that law school was attractive because of the low student debt rates, what really propelled me down this path was my commitment to a career in public service. Pursuing not only a Juris Doctor, but true justice for all, I leveraged my access to legal education to deliver over 50 hours of pro bono legal services by the end of my third year. After serving as Community Liaison on the executive board of the Human Rights Awareness & Advocacy Group, I had the honor of being selected as Co-President. While in these roles, I connected student members with opportunities to get involved in Dayton and worked closely with my colleagues to organize, host, and facilitate the law school's inaugural Community Lawyering Symposium.Even though I have taken a break from the classroom, this is my life's work and I remain clocked in.
