As an Associate HR Consultant specializing in providing tailored HR solutions to small businesses, I undertake a diverse array of tasks vital to bolstering our clients' achievements. My core responsibilities encompass orchestrating talent acquisition strategies, streamlining HR operations, and formulating comprehensive handbooks and policies to ensure regulatory compliance and foster clarity for both employers and employees.

Working as an Human Resource Assistant for two locations of a Fortune 500 company was a challenging yet rewarding experience. In this role, I was responsible for managing the hiring needs for both locations, including conducting chats with partners, working with General Managers, and Great Lake Group staff to ensure partner needs are exceeded to help with partner retention. I also took on many organizational tasks of Employee-Partner personal files and organizational chats of current partners.

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk managing nearly 300 accounts, I gained valuable experience in managing a diverse portfolio of clients. In this role, I was responsible for addressing billing concerns, managing customer inquiries, processing payments, and reconciling payment discrepancies. I also worked towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual goals to grow the business. My time in this position taught me the importance of strong communication and relationship-building skills, as I often had to navigate sensitive financial conversations with clients. I also honed my attention to detail and organizational skills, as I had to keep track of numerous accounts and ensure that all payments were processed accurately and efficiently. Overall, my experience in this role equipped me with a diverse range of skills that I continue to utilize in my professional career.

During this role I over saw an average of 150 students, and staff members during an afterschool program. This program focused on the positive development on students between 6-12th grade. Daily, weekly, and monthly activities were planned to ensure the growth and impact of our program. In my time as a Team leader I was able to double the attendance of the location I oversaw.
