Heading up the HR headquarters function for Hudson's Bay (Canadian warehouse), setting up the HR basics consisting of identifying the company culture and building winning teams. Actively contributing to the establishment, implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures for consistent application across the business.

Business partner to the Management Team supporting their (leadership) teams on HR topics which included teamformation & -development, succession planning and a special focus on culture change by defining and implementing Performance Management. Also set up and roll out the reorganisation process and managing the Hostess team.

Determine and carrying out the HR vision, advising Sales management on HR policies and practices which included teamformation, succession planning, salary planning, illness, employee improvement and dismissal for all store personnell throughout the Netherlands (120 stores). .
