Work alongside a team of creative contractors to build and develop the direction of creative content for a variety of clients. Conceptualize and direct the visual style of specific brands, projects, and lead the creative team on crafting a cohesive execution. Responsibilities include executing a brand foundation and strategy, designing and directing company websites, newsletters, print collateral, campaigns, digital assets, and other media.

I was initially hired to direct a rebrand, successfully launching a new brand identity, website, and collateral within a tight deadline. After the launch, I continued as a part-time contractor, contributing to high-level marketing strategy, website design and maintenance, brand evolution, production sourcing, and collateral design. Additionally, I managed brand identity and communication, in-person and virtual programming, contractor management, cross collaborations, and social marketing, while also helping to develop an expanded CRM internal system.

Collaborated with the Skwala team as a designer to develop internal systems that ensured a consistent and engaging brand presence across multiple customer-facing platforms. These systems contributed to the overall visual identity, marketing strategies, and communication design.

Worked with a diverse clientele to craft innovative and impactful strategies for articulating their narratives. This involved overseeing the entire design process, managing a compact team, and coordinating with contract designers. It encompassed the development of new brand identities, guidelines, and comprehensive design frameworks for Seacat's client base.Client experience includes Sitka Gear, Gore-Tex, Yeti, Patagonia Provisions, Pendleton Whiskey, Buck Knives, Western Landowners Alliance, Silver Creek Capital Management.

Helped develop consistent brand identity and communication campaigns directed towards Montana students K-12, on the Ag industry. Message development focused on print design, infographic design, event design, photography, and social media assets unique to each project.

As a manager, I facilitated a staff of 10 photographers with their daily + monthly schedules. Directed and analyzed image sales on a daily and monthly basis.

Worked in the outpatient pharmacy of Kalispell Regional Medical Center. The Clinical Pharmacy specialized in compounding and IV infusion therapy for patients in the hospital.
