Managed the relationships between the National Capital Chapter and team captains, helping them recruit team members, communicate effectively, and fundraise to help create a world free of MS. Also created Making Strides for MS, a new young professionals' group designed to raise awareness and funds in the greater D.C. metro area on behalf of the National MS Society through social events geared toward young professionals.

Managed more than 600 teams for eight fundraising events annually, cultivating relationships with key volunteers, corporate representatives, community leaders, and organization members for the role of team captain, resulting in an average retention rate of 86% annually
