• TTS has a positive presence with all segments of the youth sports and hotel industry.• TTS is a valuable tool for their partners and a cohesive extension of their operations.• Responsible for maintaining relationships with some of TTS's largest clients.• Manage an internal TTS team to oversee and meet the financial and service goals of the events for the clients.• Strategically identify the best hotels for the partners' events, create and submit RFPs, contract the rooms, assist with all team relations aspects of the events, build the booking websites, manage hotel inventory, request pick up reports from the hotel partners, and submit to accounting.• Responsible for all operations connected with the clients and partners.

• Responsible for all aspects of multiple high level donor events, including new business development, lead generation, project management, marketing, and fiscal oversight.• Stewardship of high-level individual, corporate, and foundation donors.• Utilizes high level skills and experience in sales, project management, event planning, and marketing to develop and maintain new fundraising events and programs.

• Manage the Event Team of nine full time employees while also overseeing JAMfest's 60+ events.• Develop budgets for all events and ensure the Event Planners stay within budget while reducingcosts and increasing efficiency.• Plan the largest JAMfest Event with an approximate attendance of 25,000.• Negotiate with vendors and contractors to secure staging, production lighting, paramedics, staff,security services, and much more to stay within budget to plan the company's largest events.
