Responsibilities• Business partnering and stakeholder management of the board of directors and operational functions, including review of monthly management accounts and monthly board submissions.• Production of forecasts, business cases and finance work stream lead for internal projects.• Support provided to finance team for monthly accounts and year end auditing (including internal audit of group companies).• Performed finance regulatory reviews following the implementation of the Retail Distribution Review by the Financial Conduct Authority.Achievements• Corporate Social Responsibility: I was a Rising Star, a talent development program participating in extracurricular projects.• Forecast and finance work stream lead for the formation of a white label platform interface as a joint venture with Axa Elevate, with funds under management of +£750m.• Complete project management of Sesame Bankhall Valuations, a partnership with Direct Valuations processing over 500,000 property valuations annually driving revenues in excess of £20m.• New company set up, due diligence and financial modelling of The Financial Advisor School, an initiative to drive new blood into the advising industry with over 100 students now enrolled and Gateway Specialist Advice Service, the sole provider of The Telegraph retirement service, annual income of c £1m.• Integration of a new accounting software solution to the finance team, providing training for team members and assurance of adherence with accounting standards.

• Maternity cover role for people development management of five telephone development advisers.• Notable achievement of progressing one individual into a team leader role.

• Initial key responsibilities included day to day consultancy to the finance team. • Developed into support for the Senior Management team providing monthly board reviews and ongoing operational finance support in the run up to the merger of Sesame Group and Bankhall Group.• Led the work stream for system integration of the accounting systems resulting in harmonised financial processes.• Key challenges during this time were synergising differing company cultures to develop a single Sesame Bankhall ideology.
