As a Graphic Design Intern at APCO Worldwide's creative agency, StudioAPCO, I worked with multidisciplinary teams from various U.S. APCO offices on client and in-house projects including social media graphics, animations, and marketing materials. In this fast-paced environment, I learned a great amount on how to work within an agency and team setting, manage several projects simultaneously, and the importance of professionally communicating my needs and thoughts with my coworkers. What I am most proud of is my initiative in realizing a cohesive intern guide was needed, and I was given the responsibility to write and design the guide. I worked with HR, DPI, senior employees, and other to both officialize the guide and to redesign the internship program. I can happily say that the intern guide is now being used across all of APCO's North American offices and has been used for the last two intern classes!
