Assist with project data collection, client interactions, questionnaire development, data analysis, and client presentation development

I currently assist the undergraduate Program Director in any areas required. I update records, assist with research, and proctor exams.

My responsibilities included motivating the daily team to get all our tasks completed. It was my responsibility to communicate to the supervisors what we had completed and what was left to complete for the next day. It was also my responsibility to hold a cell phone from the hours of 10 PM to 7 AM in case of emergencies in the night.

I helped to support individuals with disabilities and traumatic brain injuries. I helped to provide a safe environment where individuals could spend time regaining social interaction experience and independent living skills.

It was my responsibility to supervise the desk assistants during the day as well as supervise one Security Assistant. The desk assistants worked the days from 9 AM to midnight each weekday and I had to ensure safety and cleanliness of the desk, as well as train helpful desk workers to assist residence hall students in any areas we could. The Security Assistant worked midnight to 7 AM, and it was my responsibility to check his nightly reports and remain available via phone in case of emergencies. Other responsibilities included: weekly meetings with my supervisor, facilitate bi-monthly meetings with the desk assistants, assist with payroll, scheduling, hiring and terminating employees, and motivating the staff to do their jobs well.
