I'm an integrative psychotherapist researching and specializing in mind-body resilience for more than a decade. I'm passionate about demonstrating how resilience impacts every area of our lives and businesses, especially our ability to thrive through stress and trauma. I write, speak and practice with individuals, teams and organizations to establish lifelong resilience practices that lead to holistic growth.In my private practice, I blend traditional psychotherapy with experiential work, meditation and yoga therapy to establish the holistic mind-body resilience that carries us through our darkest moments. I specialize in working with women and couples in the midst of difficult transitions, women navigating high conflict divorce and coparenting, female entrepreneurs and business leaders, and treating and training other helping professionals - because our resilience is a prerequisite to our clients' success. I completed a master’s degree in social work at the University of Utah in 2007 and a master’s degree in business administration at the University of Phoenix in 2011. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a LifePower yoga teacher, and a certified meditation teacher with a private practice near Salt Lake City, Utah.
