An enthusiastic and innovative marketer, responsible for the (then) start-up’s relationship with the 300+ branches of their lead charity partner, the National Childbirth Trust. Aided in securing retail listings for the brand. Led the social media advertising strategy campaign.Piccolo is a new brand of baby food, drawing inspiration from the Mediterranean approach to health and wellbeing. Piccolo gives 10% of its profits to food education and is working in partnership with the prestigious National Childbirth Trust – the first baby food brand to ever to do so.

Managed and delivered health and wellness programming in 3 store locations in both Niagara Falls, ON and Halifax, NS, Canada - coordinating between the cooking schools, pharmacies and store managers. Eloquently represented the company in several TV segments with Global News and CTV News.

I founded Glowing Potential Nutrition Consulting, an online network of several specialized Canadian Dietitians. We provided specialized nutrition support in areas such as diabetes, IBS & IBD, food allergies, weight loss, and sports nutrition.Using video-conferencing we provided specialist nutrition services to Canadians across the country to help them set and achieve their health goals.

Dietitians of Canada Postgraduate Dietetic Internship Program (to become a licensed healthcare professional). I completed rotations in: diabetes management, stroke & neurology, geriatrics, infectious disease, community health, cardiovascular ICU, nutrition education centre for home enteral & TPN as well as food service management. Hospital sites for projects and placements included the QEII, Victoria General, IWK, various community outposts and the Halifax Infirmary.
