About Emily Blakslee
I am a junior at California State University, Bakersfield and am currently working towards receiving my Bachelor's of Science in environmental resources management. I have taken many courses in horticulture as well as geology, oceanography, geography, and ecology. These classes inspired me to want to work in a field that is dedicated to valuing and protecting Earth's natural resources.I have worked in a variety of jobs and gained skills and knowledge that have helped me both professionally and personally. Over the last several years I have worked with special needs students which has been extremely rewarding. Upon receiving my degree, I hope to find a career that combines my passion for helping people and taking care of our natural resources.
