Starting for October 2024 edition, duties include working as copyeditor reviewing literary magazine editions before publication. Experience reviewing fiction, poetry, and nonfiction. Duties include checking for grammar, spelling, formatting, and conformance to Chicago Style; verifying text accuracy when necessary; and cross-checking between the table of contents, the file, and contributor bios.

I was accepted as a Summer 2024 Editorial Intern for the Dappled Things literary magazine. As an associate editor, my duties include copy editing magazine editions, learning to navigate the Submittable submissions management system, and reading fiction submissions.
