Over the past 5 years, I've coached more than 50 research teams through their quest to discover and persue the best pathways for their research to create impact. I draw on a wide range of methodologies such as:- lean innovation- design thinking - business model design - team performance - systems thinking - change management to help them overcome challenges and barriers both at an individual and systemic level. Most recently, I am the founder of Stoke. Stoke exists to discover and grow individuals and teams in the global research sector, through experiential learning, so that together we can make a positive impact for humanity and the world.
