This principle guides the way I interact and engage with every challenge and opportunity presented to me both personally and professionally. I apply my knowledge in behavioral and organisational psychology to provide evidence based recommendations for teams and organisations I work with. My clients engage me because of the energy I bring into any engagement, my understanding of people and ability to distill the factors that drive their context.I've worked across private, government and research organisation to support the delivery of culture change and capability development. Over the past 5 years, I've coached more than 50 research teams through their quest to discover and persue the best pathways for their research to create impact. I draw on a wide range of methodologies such as:- lean innovation- design thinking - business model design - team performance - systems thinking - change management to help them overcome challenges and barriers both at an individual and systemic level. Most recently, I am the founder of Stoke. Stoke exists to discover and grow individuals and teams in the global research sector, through experiential learning, so that together we can make a positive impact for humanity and the world.
