Continued employment at The Forest Apartments and direct participation in leasing/marketing activities, which include all job responsibilities mentioned in the "Leasing Professional" capacity (seen below).In addition,● Maintain all accounts receivable including rent collection, past debts, posting rent, making daily bank deposits, and maintaining balanced, accurate rent roll.● Accurately and timely complete daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports, including month-end pre-close, closeout, market surveys, and lease expiration matrix.● Audit records and files requiring administrative action. ● Process evictions, which includes processing all necessary paperwork, serving notices, and atending court hearings.● Process move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.● Assist Property Manager with training staff on leasing, entering traffic into the computer, marketing, maintenance, and general office operations.● Assist Property Manager in resident relations and problem resolution.● Assist Property Manager with Timecard submission.● Compose and prepare routine correspondence, rental notices, and other letters and memorandums● Assume responsibility for operations of property in absence of Property Manager.● Facilitate training for leasing professional's future advancement into a management role.

Currently employed at The Forest Apartments, a Riverstone Residential Group managed property. Directly responsible for:● Converting all traffic (email, phone, and walk-in) into scheduled appointments with prospective residents in order to tour the community● Generating and managing leads - qualifying prospective residents, closing sales (leases), preparing all related documentation, and following through with move-in paperwork and procedures. ● Assisting in overseeing short-term move-ins and move-outs in our corporate furnished apartments; processing payments upon resident check-out. ● Ensuring model homes are in touring condition; inspecting apartment homes prior to resident move-ins and coordinating with maintenance team for top tier quality.● Pioneering the positive exposure of The Forest Apartments through direct outreach marketing and the establishment of a social media presence. ● Assisting the ongoing residency of our community by coordinating resident activites/appreciation events, providing superior customer service, and ensuring the satisfaction of those who call The Forest Apartments home.● Partnering with management by providing clerical support through answering phone calls, filing, and processing any documentation as needed.Experience with Yardi, Yieldstar, Check-inn, and Lead Tracking Systems.
