Manage a highly dynamic commercial team that is in a rapid growth stage. Duties include partner management on the end to end HR matters such as manpower planning, performance management and people issues.

Maintain employee data in HRMS for hundreds of headcount, handle Malaysia and PRC work pass application & renewals and assist in p-file digitalization project

Assist in internship recruitment and designed EDMs and banners for internal communications on HR exercises

Critically evaluate and streamline HR processes using Six Sigma tools. Update and standardise SOP process maps using Microsoft Visio.
