Customer Service RepresentativeAnnie Kay'S Main Street Market Jan 2014 - Aug 2017As a former employee of Annie Kay’s, I learned so much about customer service, especially in regards to the health field. At the local, organic grocery store, there were a variety of different supplements and health foods that I had to learn about in order to best assist the customers. Since Annie Kay’s is a local store, they have the ability to work with other health professionals in the community to provide services as well, such as a dietitian and a massage therapist. This gave me the opportunity to speak with them and learn more about their professions, the dietitian in particular. I was able to speak with her about her own business that she has in Montgomery County. Working at Annie Kay’s was a great experience for me because it strengthened my patience that will be necessary in my future, and it also taught me the basics and specifics of running a small, local business.
