With over 15 years of work experience in recruiting, training, and talent management, I serve as the Director of the Master of Accountancy (MAcc) Program at Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management. I oversee the admissions, curriculum, student services, and career placement of the MAcc students, and work closely with the faculty, alumni, and employers to ensure the quality and relevance of the program. I also leverage my public relations background and skills to promote the program and build strong relationships with the accounting industry and key undergraduate institutions.
