Travel & Transport is a leading specialist corporate travel agency, providing personalised travel services to a portfolio of global clients through advanced technological solutions. Moving from an operations management position, since 2019 I have played a key role in ensuring the successful integration of three businesses following their acquisition. This meant managing the migration of 400 personnel to the T&T system, leading new product introductions, payroll transition, and migration of the users to a new high-end telephony system. Administrative and analytical role, providing support for a team of sales executives. My role involved supporting the coordination of all sales activities, utilising strong organisational skills to ensure the sales team could focus on the growth of key accounts.
