I specialise in developing and honing a great story and enjoy collaborations with the shared goal of bringing viable, exciting projects to life.I have a long-standing passion for the industry, having worked in film and television for more than two decades. Beginning my journey in TV as Assistant Producer of entertainment news stories at Prime Television, I then moved toward film via the National Film and Television School, where I coordinated the Producing department for several years. This involved routine scheduling, where a keen eye for detail was demanded; organising workshops and booking industry professionals, equipment and facilities to tight deadlines. Intrigued by fiction, I took part in many workshops and masterclasses and became proficient in my knowledge of the feature film development and production process. From there, I explored other specialisations in the craft and coordinated the screenwriting and cinematography departments, broadening my horizons further. I was fortunate enough to be hired as industry trailblazer Nik Powell's assistant, which later propelled me toward my own venture - a documentary about Argentine cowboys, GAUCHO, which was screened at Sheffield DocFest 2014 and featured in Sony’s ‘The Producer’ magazine.My skills and experience most recently include feature film and series script editing and production consultancy. I have special interest in drama, comedy and documentary.
